Dear / student,

To reserve a place in a university housing in Gandia you must follow these steps:

    1. You must fill your personal data.
    2. Once completed data form, you must send attached to the following address: comercial@visoren.es the following scanned documents :
                    DNI or NIE to you.
                    Proof of payment of the reservation ( 497,70€ ) in the following account number : BBVA : ES34 0182 8992 09 0201508574.

To guarantee the reservation of the place, the deposit of 497,70€. This money corresponds to the deposit, so it is not a lost amount. The deposit will be returned at the end of the contract as long as the property is left in good condition. From 25th July onwards, the deposit will not be returned for any reason to students who give up the place and do not finally get into the residence hall.

The contract will be signed at the entrance to the residence and will last for 12 months between September 1 and Agost 31.

Once we receive the documents requested by mail, we will send confirmation of your booking .
